About 23% less houses have sold this year compared to 2008. Bank owned homes consist about 30% of all sales. Many neighborhoods have a large number of houses for sale and values are not what they were two years ago. Summer months typically see more sales activity yet pending sales are down for May (107 under contract) compared to March and April.
