- Property inspections - prior to moving in, during the lease period and move-out
- Property inspections - monthly exterior inspection with photos and four interior inspections per year
- Preventive maintenance - including changing of furnace filters two times per year
- Appropriate and timely repairs at a reasonable cost

- Thorough move-in and move-out procedures
