Mid-year Real Estate Trends in The Hearth
Home Sales in The Hearth Highlands Ranch in the mid-year mark show that the pace is slower than in 2008. Prices
are holding fairly well but the average days on the market is creeping
up.Hearth is one of the areas around Denver that you do not see a large
fluctuation from low to high price points.
In this report I'll
throw in a few other graphs on top of the typical ones you see. E.g. In
the first half of 2008 bank owned homes (or foreclosures) accounted 4%
of all sales. This year during the same period the foreclosures were at
