Denver Area HUD Homes

What are HUD Homes?
HUD Homes are properties that are owned by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
How did HUD become the owner of the home?
Someone had a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured mortgage on a home. They defaulted on loan and the home was foreclosed by the lender. FHA paid the lender the amount owed on the home, and then HUD took the ownership of the home. HUD uses Michaelson, Connor and Boul Inc. (MCB) to maintain and sell the homes according to HUD guidelines.
FHA Sales Incentives for owner occupants! HUD is offering a $100 Down Payment special sale incentive. Need more information, you got it.
NOTE: The first home listed on the available HUD homes is not a home owned by The Department of Housing and Urban Develoment.
