Highlands Ranch consists of about 850 single family homes. Most of the homes in Kentley
Hills neighborhood were built in 1999, 2000 and 2001. The
majority of
the houses in this community are 2-story homes with a few
Ranch style
houses tucked in between. Many of the neighborhood houses back
to
greenbelts and have beautiful mountain views. Highlands Ranch Landmark
Windmill at the Highlands Ranch Mansion can be seen from the Western
part of the community. Kentley Hills homes
were built by a few builders including Richmond American, Shea Homes
and Ryland.

Kentley Hills is located close to shopping and amenities. Southridge Recreation Center is less than one mile away and Eastridge Rec Center is not much further. Trails meander practically in the backyard of the neighborhood and Dad Clark Park /Playground is located on the north side of Kentley Hills. Near the park is located one of the four Highlands Ranch off-leash dog parks. Grocery shopping, fast food, banks, and other shopping (including TJ Maxx, Office Max, Staples, Ace Hardware etc.) are conveniently located nearby.
