Property Management and Leasing Forms
For Properties Managed or Leased by Kenna Real Estate.
If you are interested in our leasing or property management services we will e-mail you a Leasing Details form where you fill in information about your property and other details about lease terms, e.g. duration of lease, utilities, pets etc.
You will also receive and sign an agreement with us for leasing services or property management. We sign this as well. We will go over this agreement with you.
You will receive a Colorado Real Estate Commission approved forms as it pertains to owners (for rental property). These are forms we are required to use as per CO Real Estate Commission.
You will receive copies of all documents after the everything is signed.
