Rental Home Application and Home Rental Forms
Below you will find information about our rental application and forms we use. You do not fill out an application until you have located the home you would like to rent. then you can print out or e-mail you the forms you need.
Note! A separate online credit and background check is part of the application. The fee for this application is $30/adult applicant. You do not pay Kenna Real Estate an application fee. Only directly to the company doing the background and credit checks and it is done online. Each adult applicant has to do the online portion individually.
