Englewood CO Real Estate has been selling at a fairly steady rate in the last few months. 104 homes sold last year (by end of Sept.). This year that number is 55. The houses that have sold are on average selling close to asking price, which is great news as many other areas in Denver are seeing bigger declines from the original listing price to the sold price. This report is for the eastern portion of Englewood located on East side of I-25 - see map below.
