Greenwood Village CO Real Estate is recording higher closed sales than in 2008. One of the few areas around Denver to do so. Most home buyers in Greenwood Village are using conventional loans - 80% (2009) in purchasing their homes, 16 % of buyers have been buying with cash and 4% used an FHA loan so far this year.
