Curtis Park Homes for Sale
Curtis Park is Denver's oldest neighborhood. Located a short walking distance to Downtown just north of Downtown. This historic area is located between Downing street on the North and Park Avenue West to the South and the Lawrence-Larimer Alley is on the west with the California-Welton Alley on the east.
On April 1, 1975, Curtis Park was awarded a district designation on the Register in recognition of its “significant contribution to the heritage of the State of Colorado.”
Curtis Park survives and flourishes as a remarkable inner-city neighborhood on the rise. Conveniently on the edge of downtown Denver the Curtis Park neighborhood is well known and appreciated throughout the city for its rich Colorado history. Transportation is not an issue with convient Light Rail stops and local shops.
