There are plenty of parks and green space to enjoy - 25 to be exact and over 2,200 acres of pristine nature. Homeowners at The Village can purchase memberships to the recreation centers ran by the Highlands Ranch Community Association. The quarterly payment allows residents to have access to four fully-equipped facilities that include indoor and outdoor swimming, tennis, meeting rooms, fitness facilities, and more. The Village at Highlands Ranch is a beautiful community with friendly and welcoming neighbors in a small-town atmosphere. The 81 detached homes are thoughtfully spread throughout cul-de-sacs, providing privacy and safety. Living a low-maintenance lifestyle is easy because the yards are small, and maintenance is taken care of by the homeowner’s association.
