NOTE. In Douglas County Accessors office/records, this subdivision is called Intrawest and Wildcat Vista. Intrawest includes most of the homes in Wildcat Ridge (about 830 of them). Wildcat Vista only consists of two streets: Jaguar Point and Jaguar Way. These streets are on the East side of Quebec and North of MacArthur Ranch Rd. Wildcat Vista is usually listed under Wildcat Ridge or Intrawest in the Denver MLS listings.
