Enclave at Heritage Hills is in the heart of Lone Tree, and the gated single-family home community has many perks. It’s in a great location close to Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, and Littleton. There are 122 single-family ranches in the community, and there’s a community clubhouse with a lot of attractions for residents. The neighborhood is tight-knit, and a strong sense of community among members is present. Enclave started construction in 1998 and was completed in 2006. There were five different floorplans available upon building, ranging in square footage from 1,600 to almost 2,200.
