Located 7 miles north of Denver, Northglenn is a suburb of approximately 35,000 residents. The city prides itself on its quiet neighborhood streets, quality schools, and convenient dining and shopping opportunities. Northglenn has over 30 miles of Greenway trails that connect the city’s 337 acres of parks and open space areas, including the Croke Reservoir, a popular recreation area. Northglenn has plenty of opportunities for entertainment, with a plethora of restaurants, stores, and community events. Residents enjoy easy access to I-25, with Downtown Denver a mere 15-minute drive away. Northglenn also has bus service provided by the Regional Transportation District.
North of Denver lies a large suburb with well-established neighborhoods, and a variety of homes, condominiums and townhomes for sale.
