This policy says, in plain words, what kennarealestate.com collects, what we do with it, who sees it, and how to make us delete it. It covers this website and the text messages, calls and emails that start from it. It does not cover other Kenna Real Estate Group websites, which carry their own policy, or information you give us in person.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Name, email, phone number, the home or topic you asked about, your message, and the price range, cities and home type you tell us you want. Every form on this site says it sends your information to a real person at the Kenna Real Estate Group.
• Home search account. When you register to save searches, save homes or get listing alerts, we store your name, email, phone, the searches and homes you save, and the listings you view while signed in, so alerts and your agent's follow-up match what you looked at.
• Automatic data. Pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here, your device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address. This comes from Google Analytics 4 and the website platform's own logs.
• Cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, an analytics cookie from Google, and a cookie that remembers your saved searches. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, but saved searches and sign-in will not.

Where it goes

• Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship system the Kenna Real Estate Group uses. Your form entries, registrations, saved searches and the pages you viewed while signed in are stored there so the agent assigned to you sees what you asked for. Follow Up Boss stores this data in the United States.
• Our agents and staff. Licensed agents of the Kenna Real Estate Group at Keller Williams DTC and the staff who support them. They use it to answer you, set showings and send the listings you asked for.
• Our lender partner, only if you ask. If you request a pre-approval or click a financing link, we or the form hand your contact information to Mike Oswald at Rate (NMLS 261003, Equal Housing Lender). We have a business relationship with Rate. You are free to use any lender, and we send nothing to Rate unless you ask for financing help.
• Service providers. AgentLoft (the website platform), Google Analytics, the email and text-message carriers that deliver our messages, and the multiple listing service that supplies listing data. Each one is allowed to use your information only to run its service for us.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose it only when a law, court order or a fraud investigation requires it.

How we use it

• To answer the question you asked, set the showing you requested, and send the listings, price alerts and market updates you signed up for.
• To call, text or email you about homes and services you asked about. By sending a form you agree to receive calls and text messages from the Kenna Real Estate Group at the number you gave, including automated texts about listings. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or tell any agent to stop, and we stop.
• To measure which pages people read so we can improve them. Analytics reports show us totals, not you by name.
• To keep the site running and secure and to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Form entries and account data stay in Follow Up Boss as long as you are a client or a prospect who has not asked us to stop. Analytics data is kept by Google for 14 months. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Records of a real estate transaction are kept for the period Colorado license law requires, which is four years after closing, even if you ask us to delete your marketing data.

Your choices and your rights

• See it, fix it, delete it. Email [email protected] or call 303-955-4220 and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We confirm within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days. We delete everything except transaction records the law makes us keep.
• Stop contact. Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or tell any agent. We keep a record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.
• Colorado Privacy Act. Colorado residents have the right to access, correct and delete personal data, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Send requests to [email protected] with "privacy request" in the subject line. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we answer the appeal within 45 days.
• Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising, which we do not do in any case.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us a form, email [email protected] and we delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form data goes straight to Follow Up Boss over an encrypted connection. Only staff who need your information to serve you can open it. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach involving your data, we notify you as Colorado law requires.

Listing data

Home listings on this site come from REcolorado through MLS Grid and from other multiple listing services. Viewing listings does not require an account. Listing information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to identify homes you may want to buy, and is subject to the terms of use linked in the footer.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for changes that affect how we use your data, we email registered users. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or 303-955-4220. A live person answers.
